2. Estimates and Payments

Estimates are provided based on current information and may be updated if additional damage or scope is discovered. Payment terms are outlined in your signed work authorization or insurance agreement.

3. Insurance Claims

When applicable, Steamway Inc. works directly with your insurance company to manage the claim process. You remain responsible for any amounts not covered by insurance.

4. Cancellations

Service cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible. Fees may apply for late cancellations or materials already ordered.

5. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure quality and safety, Steamway Inc. is not responsible for delays or damages caused by factors outside our control, including insurer decisions, weather, or unforeseen conditions.
